About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer with sharp conceptual thinking, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to bring ideas to life across mediums — from print and digital to spatial and environmental.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on cross-disciplinary projects and can take work from concept to execution with confidence. You’ll collaborate with curators, spatial designers, and producers on everything from brand identities to exhibition graphics, campaign visuals, and environmental signage.

The role calls for someone confident in developing exhibition identities, key visuals, large-format graphics, and wayfinding systems — with a meticulous eye for detail and craft.

  1. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to understand project objectives and translate them into strong, considered visual ideas.

  • Develop visual identities and build cohesive design systems across brand and spatial touchpoints.

  • Design print and spatial assets including key visuals, exhibition graphics, wayfinding systems, and infographics.

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all formats, from presentation decks through to final production artwork.

  • Create clear, visually engaging presentation decks and present design concepts clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders

  • Work closely with fabricators and production teams to ensure design intent is maintained through to completion

What You Bring

  • At least 4–7 years of graphic design experience, ideally in exhibitions, brand activations, events, or spatial design.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craft across print, digital and large-format design.

  • Solid understanding of design principles for spatial applications.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate design intent to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A can-do attitude and genuine openness to feedback.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects and SketchUp is a plus.

2.PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role:

At The Merry Men Works, the Exhibition Project Manager is the operational backbone of our projects. You are the person who keeps things moving, bridging the creative team, clients, vendors, and fabricators to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the standard we hold ourselves to.

You think ahead, communicate clearly, and bring calm and clarity to fast-moving projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously across every stage from early briefing through to post-project wrap-up.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end project management across exhibition, experiential, and brand activation projects – from taking briefs through to delivery.

  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and status trackers, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients – managing expectations, providing regular updates, and handling feedback professionally.

  • Coordinate closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure project requirements are understood and deliverables are on track.

  • Lead project debriefs and contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes.

What You Bring

  • At least 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within exhibitions, events, or brand activation environments.

  • Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple projects at different stages without dropping the ball.

  • A clear and confident communicator, comfortable handling client conversations, vendor negotiations, and internal team coordination.

  • A proactive problem-solver – you anticipate issues before they escalate and come prepared with solutions.

  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • A can-do attitude and genuine openness to feedback.

  • A strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
